This is the grant of a limited, revocable license, not a transfer of title.

You may not:

  • Use Website content for any commercial purpose without written authorization;

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;

  • Use the Website in any manner that interferes with its operation or security.

FloodReady may terminate this license at any time if these Terms are violated.

2. Professional Services and Product Information

FloodReady specializes in an Engineering-Led Design-Build approach for the integration and implementation of third-party, pre-engineered flood mitigation systems. All information on this Website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute engineering advice, design guidance, or a contractual offer, and no warranty or guarantee of performance or specific result is intended or implied. Final scope, performance obligations, pricing, warranties, and responsibilities are governed only by a fully executed written agreement between FloodReady and the client.

3. Professional Standard of Care

All professional services and integration activities performed by FloodReady are conducted in accordance with the professional standard of care generally accepted in the engineering and construction industries. Nothing on this Website shall be construed as an express or implied warranty, guarantee, or promise of a specific outcome, performance level, or absolute protection from flooding. Any product warranties are provided solely by the original manufacturer and are not independently warranted by FloodReady.

4. Manufacturer Data and Technical Compliance

FloodReady relies on certifications and laboratory performance data provided by third-party manufacturers. While we recommend and specify products based on documented technical specifications, performance in the field may vary due to site-specific variables, substrate conditions, and individual flood event characteristics. In addition, Mitigation systems are engineered for substantial impermeability but are not life-safety devices. These technical solutions do not supersede emergency directives or evacuation orders issued by the authorities having jurisdiction.

5. Structural Substrates and Design Load Assumptions

The performance of any integrated flood mitigation system is contingent upon the structural capacity and stability of the host structure envelope. Our integration services are based on defined hydrostatic, hydrodynamic and buoyancy loading parameters. It is a technical requirement that the existing foundation, walls, and structural components possess the latent capacity to support these anticipated loads. While FloodReady provides integration in accordance with specific design criteria, the final outcome is influenced by a complex array of variables, including site specific topography, existing structural uncertainties, installation constraints, and the unique characteristics of each flood event (such as depth, velocity, debris and wind impact). We do not warrant the underlying structural integrity of any existing facility. The ultimate resilience of a project is a function of the combined performance of the mitigation technology and the host structure’s reaction to actual environmental pressures.

6. Technical Media and Illustrative Testing

All 3D renderings, diagrams, and videos (including manufacturer laboratory testing) are for illustrative purposes and intended to demonstrate mechanical functionality. Laboratory testing represents performance under controlled, ideal conditions and does not constitute a guarantee of identical results for any specific project or site. Actual performance is strictly subject to site-specific engineering analysis and professional verification of the host structure. Visual representations of water mitigation communicate the technology's design intent and do not imply a promise of zero leakage or absolute structural immunity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all materials provided are offered “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

FloodReady disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
